Preventing Maternal Deaths Act of 2018

I worked on this bill with my friend, Charles Johnson IV. His wife Kira died after giving birth at Mt. Sinai in Los Angeles. He and I share a commitment to preventing the disproportionately high number of maternal deaths among our minority populations in this country.
